Sting Calls Possibility of Another Police Reunion "Dreadful," Apparently Forgot About Last Reunion and All His Solo Albums

There's allegedly been some clamoring as of late for The Police to get back on the road and do another reunion tour, because apparently people would like to be removed of their $65 again. But Sting has put a preliminary kibosh and all that talk. Here's what he had to say:

With The Police I think we did tie it up. And now it's done. (Another reunion would be) dreadful and gratuitous, and it wouldn't work."

Apparently Sting doesn't understand the definition of "dreadful," since basically everything he's done since 1983 could be described with that word (and arguably anything he's ever done), so calling the possibility of a new reunion what he did is inaccurate. It's more like "another reunion would be the latest dreadful thing I have done in a long stretch of dreadful things." [Contact Music]
