Jackasser Steve-O, fresh off a stint in a "looney bin," says he has plans to make a comedy gangster rap album. This quite possibly is the first mock rap album from a bipolar white guy. Judging by this video, the music is gonna be crap. But I'll be damned if that's not real coke he's snorting and real crack he's smoking. The admitted drug abuser likes his narcotics.
