Steve Earle’s next serenade sounds in September

    Firebrand troubadour Steve Earle is slated to release his next album, Washington Square Serenade, September 25. It will be Earle’s first album for New West Records. Earle got plenty of help recording the album. Dust Brother John King produced Washington. Brazilian band Forro in the Dark guest on “City of Immigrants.” Earle duets with his wife Allison Moorer on “Days Aren’t Long Enough.” And he covers fellow crooner Tom Waits’ “Way Down in the Hole.” Continue on after the jump for the full trackslist for Washington Square Serenade.
