Folk troubadour Steve Earle has mapped out plans for a tour that will span the first three months of 2008. Earle will spend most of January and February in Europe before returning to North America, where he'll put in a lot of shows in Canada. Earle will be supporting his recently released album Washington Square Serenade, which has garnered some year-end list love from publications that lean towards the lighter side of rock.
