Here's another sneak peak at the debut album from St. Vincent (aka Annie Clark), Marry Me, set to hit stores July 10 on Beggar's Banquet. This song is called "Now Now" and it definitely shows the lasting influence from Clark's time spent touring with Sufjan Stevens. There's lush instrumentation, a backing choir, and Clark has almost as angelic a voice as Stevens. Almost. And then somebody busts in with a crazy guitar solo right at the end of the track, which is more gravelly and earthly than heavenly, but still cool.
