St. Vincent Covers Brian Eno's "Some Of Them Are Old" (Video)

Annie Clark, frontwoman of St. Vincent, is no stranger to covers. We've watched her band take on classics by Big Black and The Pop Group, and here we have a cover of Brian Eno's 1973 track "Some of Them Are Old." Apparently, Obvious Films captured a performance Clark gave of the song at the Paris home of Steve Nieve--longtime keyboardist for Elvis Costello--and then fadedly spliced it with footage of barren landscapes. The vocals are extremely pretty and the cover overall is one of St. Vincent's more tame takes. Enjoy the video below. [CoS]
