We’ve already heard a taster for the new Michael Jackson album, Michael, in the shape of “Breaking News,” which is currently streaming over at this website. But controversy haunts the singer in death just as it did in life, as a number of people have come out and claimed it’s not Jackson singing on the track.
Jackson's nephew TJ Jackson tweeted: "There's many MJ vocal impersonators. Some better than others. But there is only ONE Michael Jackson. Deceptively merging shady vocals with MJ samples (from prior MJ records) will never fool me.” Meanwhile, Jackson’s sister La Toya told TMZ: "I listened to it. ... It doesn't sound like him.”
This fuss has caused Sony to abruptly issue a statement about the song, denying that the vocals are fake. BBC News reports that the record label has said that it has “complete confidence in the results of our extensive research, as well as the accounts of those who were in the studio with Michael, that the vocals on the new album are his own.” Whether the vocals are fake or not, this certainly means people will be listening to Michael a lot more thoroughly than they would most posthumous cash-ins.
I'm not gonna tell you where, but you left some spelling mistakes. I like how if I want to comment its a 3 step process, but clearly to post it does not take much effort.
