...as space shuttle re-enters earth's atmosphere. Sorry, I grew up in Florida near where NASA launched and brought back shuttles. That's what made me think of that. Because if you've ever heard a sonic boom from a shuttle coming back, trust me, it's not something you're going to forget.
But this sonic boom is Sonic Boom, one of the many guises of ex-Spacemen 3 member Peter Kember. In April, he'll return to the States to put on more shows as E.A.R., which stands for Experimental Audio Research. Here's where to take in the trippiness:
