Songster Sues Common, Bone Thugs and Akon for Beat Jacking

Songster LLC, a company owned by Andrew Marks and London McDaniels, has had a busy week that found them suing Common for copyright infringement on his song "Take it EZ" and Bone Thugs N Harmony and Akon for their collabo on "I Tried." Both of the suits are for undisclosed figures, but they certainly have a case versus Common, since he thanked the two for the song without paying royalties. [Daily Swarm]
