Anyhoo, bluesy guitar riffs and much more can be expected on Son Volt's next album, The Search, out on March 6. Like Rilo Kiley's More Adventurous, the album's name is meant to symbolize a band trying out new things. Reports have Jay Farrar and company adding horns, pedal loops, and other atmospheric touches to the new material. The band is expected to tour in support of the album after its release.
