Snow Patrol album to have exclusive content for iPhone and iPod Touch
Though Microsoft has been preaching the virtues of exclusive content to shore up the Zune, Apple is showing that it also has a few avenues for exclusive content. The first example is
A Hundred Million Suns , the new album by Snow Patrol. The album will of course be available in all formats, but owners of the iPhone and iPod Touch will be able to access bonus content including artwork, behind-the-scenes images and lyrics with the touchscreen on each device. Apple has not announced any further plans for exclusive content.
A Hundred Million Suns will be released in the United States on October 28. [
