If you find yourself sitting around listening to Chris Martin’s hook on Kanye’s “Homecoming” and thinking, “Hmm, how utterly inexplicable,” well, consider this: David Beckham is recording a track with Snoop Dogg. According to People.co.uk, “Snoop has asked pal Becks . . . to work on backing vocals for his next single.”
Beckham is “a monster rap fan,” adds the paper. “Snoop thought it'd be a laugh, and David is going to give it a real go.” And, of course: “The unlikely friends also have plans to team up on a film and fashion label -- and design a range of slippers.” A nation sticks its collective fork in Doggystyle.
