In which Sleepytime Gorilla Museum go fully metal. I've been waiting for this day for a long, long time. Still, this track is obviously trying to be the new album's answer to "The Donkeyheaded Adversary of Humanity Opens the Discussion." Maybe it's trying a lil' too hard? Thoughts? Discussion? Hello out there?

I actually think it is the new album's "TDHAOHOTD", except focused more in the direction of the new album: heavier avant metal, and more industrial influence. The new album, In Glorious Times, is definitely their most metal album yet, but it has plenty of different styles mixed in as well, gypsy-type carnival music, shoegazer, doom, opera/theater, jazz, funk, grind, probably more too. IGT is my favorite SGM record.

I saw them live in Buffalo, this was the first song they performed (the one previewed) and It had so much energy, you could tell they loved it. Their music is truly amazing. I don't know if this song is trying to much to be like the donkey headed adversary, If you think back to the song "Bring Back The Apocalypse" it has a very similar drive and beat, no? Anyways, that is my view on this awesome band

I saw them in LA at the El Rey Theatre in March 07. They made some dude projectile vomit. Fantastic!!

In DC they were simply stunning.

The Troubador....I need say no more.

The radest band of all time.
