Slash Attacked On Stage During Concert In Italy

Hard rock veteran Slash was recently attacked on stage during a tour stop in Italy. A disgruntled fan stowed away backstage at the PalaSharp Arena in Milan before the show, lying in wait for the right moment to pounce. He finally ran out during the legendary "Sweet Child O' Mine" guitar solo and dive bombed Slash, damaging his guitar. Unless you're a fan of Alter Bridge singer Myles Kennedy's washed up glam-metal posturing, skip to the 1:15 mark and watch sparks fly. To his credit, Slash played it off pretty well, continuing the song as if nothing happened until his guitar finally gave out. The former Guns N Roses and Velvet Revolver guitarist has been touring Europe in support of his eponymous solo debut, which finds him teaming up Santana style with Fergie, Ozzy Ozbourne, Maroon 5's Adam Levine, Chris Cornell and more. Yes, Fergie and Ozzy are on the same album. In other news, pigs have sprouted wings, and Satan's opening an Italian ice stand in hell.
