Shred Chris Brown/Your Ex In Solidarity With Rihanna

It's always sad to see relationships go wrong, especially when it's been as public and sad as Chris Brown and Rihanna's. In the midst of all this anger and sadness, one New York radio station has seen a way to capitalize off of the whole thing.

WBLI in New York is having a "Shred Your Ex" party the day before Friday the 13th, where you can shred pictures of your ex or Chris Brown's CDs and posters, if you're a homely shrew that no one could ever love. WBLI has also invited Rihanna's fan club to the event.

Says WBLI operations manager Nancy Cambino of the event, "Valentine's Day should stand for love so we find it fitting to make the Friday the 13th right before Valentine’s Day a day for revenge for those who were unlucky in love. Whether you're a Rihanna fan or not, we can all empathize with being with someone who caused love to go wrong." That's certainly in keeping with the meaning of Valentine's Day.

If this is the kind of thing you've been waiting for jilted lover/Rihanna fan, and you live in New York or are willing to schlep there, the whole deal is going down on Feb. 13 at the BLI studios at 555 Sunrise Highway in West Babylon, NY. Be there or be magnanimous.

This is kind of stupid. I wouldn't say Rihanna and Chris Brown's "love went wrong." It's more like he beat her up, and now they're not together.

And its funny how gullable ppl are listening 2 every lil fing they hear, but nothing is aactually confirmed. They she got a bloody nose, but her own grandmother denies it and sys she fine. If she is fine why is she cancelling concerts and her own birthday??? She always has 2 dra attention 2 herself. And 4 every1 who says she has bruises and a bus lip its funny how nun of u hav seen since this incident has happened.
His music shudnt suffer bcuz he mad a personal mistake. U guys go on like u hav netter gotten angry and hitten some1 b4. Its jus worse cus he hit a girl.

All you people are idiots , no female every deserves to be hit , whether she provoked the fight or not . Chris Brown is not a man , he is a boy . Because no REAL man would ever hit a WOMAN , and if a male ever hit a female that man is a coward !! A big coward . There is never a right time for a man to hit a woman , wrong or right . You people say Rihanna got what she deserve but if you were in her shoes you would think you didnt deserve that . So therefore , Chris Brown got what he deserved , his songs are cancelled on some radio stations . His doublemint gum commercial got cancelled and his career could be coming to an end . It should be worse than that . But thats just my opioion that im entitled to . Everyone makes mistakes , but he didnt have to take it that far to the point of biting her and knocking her unconcious and i know you people THINK she gave him herpes but nobody knows the real story . So Chris Brown got what he deserved and Rihanna is just another victim of a man's BIG EGO !!!

Amen to what the TheRealDeal said. The only people who would take up for what Chris Brown did are either ignorant or are vistims (battered persons syndrome) themselves of domestice violence, whether they are going through it or have seen it first hand with a parent or loved one. Are you kidding me. This is all rediculous, I can't believe that people would even elude to siding with Chris Brown!!
