This is about the funniest/dumbest/most "dude"-heavy story you'll read all hour/day/week/month: Apparently there was some serious beefing (or Beoufing) going on during the filming of Transformers 3: Dark of the Air Bud 2 and it involved Feist. Apparently, when filming an "emotional"* scene in the film, Shia LaBeouf wanted to listen to a sad song to get himself hyped. He chose Feist's "Brandy Alexander." Then Michael Bay was pissed, and switched the music over to the score for The Dark Knight. Then LaBeouf did this:
"I take him aside, I'm like, 'Mike, this is the most important moment in the movie for me. The crux of my whole character, my whole arc. That doesn't work for me, dude.'" The fight then escalated, according to LaBeouf ("Now it's two dudes ready to kill each other ... spit's flying")
Apparently then Bay stormed off, and the director of photography shot the scene. So emotional. So dude. So sad. So Feist. So serious. Bros before hoes, dudes. [Vulture]
*-- I put this in quotes because is it possible for a movie with racist black robots to have "emotions"?
