A day after the announcement of their new variety show, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have won a lawsuit (for unspecified damages) against The Sun, which published a story that said that Sharon was working Ozzy too hard, and was driving "her frail husband to destruction." 

The Sun has issued a formal apology, saying the story wasn't true. The Osbourne's lawyer claimed that the story was "distressing, hurtful, and damaging." Remember kids-- never make anything up about people who will sue you. [NME]
