Seefeel Announce New Album For 2011

Seefeel recently released their first new music since 1996, and now Warp has announced that a new full-length is forthcoming from the band in 2011. Seefeel was the first guitar-based band to sign to Warp way back in the early nineties, before the IDM-centric label would even consider signing somebody like Grizzly Bear. As such, co-founder Steve Beckett saw fit to ask the band to play its Warp20 celebration last year in Paris. He was so blown away by the performance that he asked them to record a new album. See the above video for a clip from that Paris performance.

The new self-titled album is due out on February 8.
