Seattle Weekly picks seven “lost” albums that should never be found

In honor of Guns N’ Roses’ Chinese Democracy, which until last week had “lost album” written all over it, Seattle Weekly has picked seven albums they hope stay lost.

Among the list are famous “lost” albums, like Brian Wilson’s Sweet Insanity, which was recorded with lyrics written by Wilson’s shrink, and other lesser known oddities: The Beastie Boys’ house album, which was prepared and never released when Russell Simmons got pissed the Boys left Def Jam.
