The Sea Cake <i>Car Alarm</i> out in October

Thrill Jockey will be releasing the seventh full-length album from The Sea and Cake on October 21, 2008.

The band reportedly intended to follow-up on its last record, Everybody, quickly and to give a feel that the band continued to play non-stop. The group worked on the album immediately after its Australian tour in March and finished it in three-months.
