Jagger, Scorsese working on movie project

NME reports that, fresh off his long-overdue Oscar triumphs, director Martin Scorsese is teaming with rock legend Mick Jagger for a fictional film project. While not a Rolling Stones biopic, NME does say the film will "span three decades and focus on the music business." To be titled The Long Play, the movie will be scripted by William Monahan, who just won Best Adapted Screenplay for The Departed.
This isn't the first time Scorsese has collaborated with Jagger and the Stones. Marty recently finished filming a documentary on the band, which is expected to hit theaters later this year.
