Festy fest fests: getting just as big up in Canada as they are down here in the States (not even to mention Europe). Actually, this year will bring the twelfth annual edition of the S.C.E.N.E. Festival to St. Catharines, Ontario on July 22. Amongst artists who will play the fest are Constantines (pictured), Bedouin Soundclash, Cancer Bats, and plenty of others.
