SanDisk Connect does wireless right (mostly)

Sandisk's four-gig Wi-Fi player has been released into the wild, and reviews are starting to trickle in. Unlike the Zune, the Sansa Connect can actually sync up music over the wireless connection. The player hooks up with Yahoo for unlimited subscription music; this also means you can check on what others are listening to over the Internet, if they use the Connect or Yahoo's music service. It also represents an interesting departure for Sansa, who had been partnering with Rhapsody and Best Buy for their e200 flash players.
Streaming Yahoo music over Wi-Fi would have been a great achievement; the player settles for streaming Launchcast sites. The player will not sync your non-subscription music over Wi-Fi, so you'll have to break out the USB cable to load whatever ripped music you want on the device. It also makes the photo viewing capabilities marginally more compelling by letting you view your Flickr photos rather than hassle with syncing to your collection.

it seems like there would be a markt for non-ugly devices that do these things.
