Back in September, MC Hammer took umbrage with Jay-Z making a fleeting reference to him in a song. So like all 50-year-olds, he is responding like an adult: Above is a preview video for "Better Run Run," a song Hammer, who apparently goes by King Hammer now, is releasing on Halloween to get back at Jay-Z. The video works excellently, if you want video that will make you think Hammer is going to do something weird while panting heavily. Otherwise, good luck Hammer. Please, don't hurt him. Pumps and a bump, etc. [Real Talk]
I can't wait. Does that make me a bad person?
I think this might be the greatest dis record of all-time. I bet Hammer wrote the most incendiary song back in 1992 after years of continual teasing, but the notepad he wrote it on has been stashed away in his dresser ever since because people have continually ignored him. He's been waiting for the right opportunity (or any) to dust it off and the time is now. The Funky Headhunter will be adding a new dome to his collection.
Haha he just posted part of the song
