There might not be a more high class, prettier place to spend New Year's Eve than at the vaulting Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles. Adding to the surrounding sophistication that night will be singers Rufus Wainwright and Belinda Carlisle. The two will be putting on a show nattily titled "Paris a Go-Go: New Year's Even in Paris." They'll be singing the songs of Serge Gainsbourg, Edith Piaf, and other French hit-makers, backed by a big French band and dancers. Ooh la la, indeed!
