Via: Baller StatusI've been a fan of Royce ever since he started get a lot of love on the indy 12" circuit on tracks with Eminem. Back then he seemed to be destined for stardom, but beef with D-12 and a subsequent falling out with Slim Shady coupled with label woes have been roadblocks.
Hopefully, Royce can turn things around. He was recently released from jail after serving time for a DUI in Oakland county that was a violation of his parole. Currently, he's in the studio working on a mixtape The Bar Exam hosted by DJ Premier and Statik Skeltah. The mixtape will drop in February. His next album will be released later in 2007 and DJ Premier is the executive producer.

i think we need a separate thread just to discuss his verse on "the king meets the sickest." so good. kind of (okay, very) unrelated story...last night i dreamt that i met vakill, but he was a white russian guy. i said, i don't think you're him, gimme some verses, and of course, in my dream, it sounded just like the record. i don't know what that all means.
