Rothbury's Initial Lineup Announced

The Dead, Bob Dylan, and Willie Nelson are among the headliners for the second annual Rothbury festival, which will take place on the Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury, Michigan, July 2nd-5th. Despite the poor economic conditions that lead to the cancellation of Langerado, Rothbury seems to be doing well for itself--early bird tickets sold out on the first day this weekend. For those who weren't lucky enough to get in on that deal, tickets go on sale this Friday, March 20th.

Other notable artists playing this year include Chromeo, The Hold Steady, Girl Talk, Broken Social Scene, and Son Volt. In keeping with its green reputation, the festival will also feature seminars focused on "The New Green Economy." For the entire initial lineup, visit
