Rollins Shares Memories of Lux Interior

Henry Rollins penned a few of his memories of The Cramps' Lux Interior, who died last week, for the LA Times. In a moving and entertaining article, Rollins references members of the DC punk scene in his recollections of encounters with the well respected punk outfit, The Cramps and its legendary frontman.

On Interior, Rollins states: "In my opinion, when it comes to being a frontperson, you should say, "That person could never hold a full-time job. Just give him a microphone and get out of his way." And that was Lux -- he was definitely that uncontainable personality." [LA Times]
