GRRR!, the Rolling Stones' upcoming greatest-hits collection, provides fans with pretty much the same songs from throughout their half-century career, but the band has sweetened the deal by mixing in two new studio selections. The first was the uptempo rocker "Doom And Gloom," and now we get another new one in the form of "One More Shot."
The song finds the band in laid-back country-rock mode, with Jagger belting out those "yeeeeewwwws" like its 197teeeeewwww all over again. Whereas the first single was about zombies and the end of the world, "One More Shot" concerns a narrator pleading with an unnamed love. Like "Doom And Gloom," this song was produced by longtime Stones assistant Don Was, and you'll probably hear it a lot on the group's upcoming tour. You'll be able to own a copy of the song when GRRR! drops Nov. 13 courtesy of Universal Music. Check it out below.
