Rolling Stones Continue To Cheat Death, Plan 50th Anniversary Tour

According to Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts, the band is planning to go out on tour one more time, ostensibly to celebrate its fiftieth anniversary, in 2012. Watts, who turns a spry seventy next year, says that the band has “reached an age where you can’t look too far into the future,” but that isn’t keeping him from seeing a big pay day next year. The mere mention of a Stones tour has moms of a certain age across the country cashing in what’s left of their retirement plans for tickets. [Spinner]
