Rockstar isn’t Travis Barker-approved, he says

Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker filed suit against Rockstar energy drink for using his photo on its website without his permission, Associated Press reports. In the picture, Shanna Moakler’s former husband is holding a Rockstar can “identifying him and his endorsement by name” without consent. The suit states that Barker is “a prominent figure in the rock music world.” Here's hoping this argument gets its day in court.
