Ladies and gentleman, the candidates for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2008: Madonna, Afrika Bambaataa, John Mellencamp, Donna Summer, Chic, the Ventures, the Dave Clark Five, Leonard Cohen, and the Beastie Boys. Like a reality show, only five will get in. They'll be inducted during a ceremony at New York City's Waldorf Astoria that goes down March 10 of next year.
Why exactly isn't Leonard Cohen in yet? Seems like an oversight. And still no Brian Eno. How sad.
