Chris Brown is attempting to transition back to a semi-wholesome pop star after his ugly transformation into a lady-beating man-monster, and legally, he's made some steps in the right direction: Rihanna's restraining order against the singer has been reduced to a "do not disturb" order that says that Brown can be within a few feet of Rihanna, but he can't disturb her in anway.
