Rihanna Passes Stevie Wonder, Ties Whitney Houston For Number One Hits

For the fourth time in the last 12 months, Rihanna has the number one song in America. Her new jam, "We Found Love," is the number one song in the country as it sold a whopping 243,000 downloads this week. 

This news has launched Rihanna into a new pantheon of pop stars: She now has more number one hits than Janet Jackson and Stevie Wonder, and she has as many number one hits as Whitney Houston. Rihanna has had 11 chart toppers, putting her behind only the Supremes and Madonna (12), Michael Jackson (13), Elvis (17), Mariah Carey (18), and the Beatles (20). If Rihanna puts out a few more monster singles, she could be as Billboard popular as Elvis.
