I'm not on anyones side until I hear the both of their stories. I use to didn't condone a man hitting a woman until I lost a family member to not hitting a woman. It's not ok to hit a woman but in certain circumstances you may have to protect yourself. I lost my brother to a girl that was the jealous type and who didn't trust my brother. She would play that innocent roll around us but on the other hand she was giving my brother hell. The day my brother finally had enough and decided instead of just walking away for awhile to let her cool herself down he decided to leave for good. My brother would never hit a woman or allow anyone else in his presence to hit a woman simply to the fact my mother stressed to my brother so much in life not to hit women and he wouldn't because of us his sisters and mom but when my brother turned his back to walk away for the last time his girlfriend stabbed him repeatedly in his back. I have a 8 year old son and he is really short for his age but he has to deal with bullies all the time so I put him in martial arts but I always stress to him not to hit a girl. One day at school a bigger girl was literally choking my son where he couldn't breath and someone caught her and grabbed her. The first thing I sad to my son was why didn't you protect yourself enough to get away and he said mommy you told me to never hit a girl. Then I had to revaluate don't hit a girl unless she causing you serious harm like cutting your breathing off so that's why I say it depends. T All I'm saying is woman can really be the jealous type and have a trust issue. In this day in age women are off the chain in this world and all that don't hit a women crap don't matter. Meaning don't be hitting a woman because you have a issue but I do believe in man protecting themselves from abbusive women who would swing first, kill that man self esteem, stab or falsely call the police. I'm definetly not saying Rhianna deserved abuse because in her and chris brown situation he is totally wrong if he did abuse her like that. My prayers go out to the both of them. I here the apology Chris issued abouth the situation at had. They are both young and have a lot of growing up to do. For the Jay z's and Kanye's they are not the one's to judge, look who's talking? They both were in situations where they were once on their way to jail also, and people still listen and support their music. What they've done in the past is not far from Chris B's actions, what's worng is wrong. Like Will AND Jada say let's not be quick to judge. Also I have three boys and raise them not to hit girls the oldest is 14 years old.
