Real Estate Ready 'Days' For October Release

After Real Estaterevealed last month that they had signed with Domino and had a new album in the works, it was only a matter of time before more information began trickling out about the release. And it turns out that the Brooklyn-by-way-of-Ridgewood, N.J. psych-surf rockers are calling their sophomore album Days. They recorded 10 tracks for the effort in upstate New York with the help of Kevin McMahon, whose production credits include Titus Andronicus.

Days drops Oct. 18 on Domino. You can view the track listing and stream the autumnal "It's Real" below. The track will be released as a single Sept. 27.
