Reading and Leeds Festivals Announce Ban on Crowdsurfing

This year, organizers for the UK's Reading and Leeds Festivals have announced they will have a zero tolerance policy for crowdsurfing. Only moshers won't be kicked out of the venue. Instead, they "will be ejected from the arena and forced to walk back to the main entrance to get back into the site." This could result in a 20-minute delay before the ousted patron can get back to the stage.

This weekend's festivals will features headlining sets by Radiohead, Kings of Leon and Arctic Monkeys. [Idolator]
