Although he's currently locked up, Ras Kass will be dropping a new album, Institutionalized Vol. II, on Babygrande Records on August 5, 2008. 

Prior to the beef with The Game, the West Coast rapper was known more for his mic skills and many consider him one of the best lyricists in hip-hop. Additional details on the upcoming album have not yet been released, but we will be sure to update you once they become available.
