Back in 1995, Nine Inch Nails had released The Downward Spiral and headed out on a co-headlining tour with David Bowie to celebrate. The shows featured plenty of collaborations between Bowie and Trent Reznor, many of which were captured by director David Williams. Now, Williams has decided to make that footage available online, with this close to 40-minute rough cut clip above demonstrating his work.
Apparently it was shot when Virgin Records was going under and has remained in limbo ever since. Williams doubts it will ever be finished properly, but for now here are heavily electro-influenced versions of “The Man Who Sold The World”and “Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps),” plus “Reptile” and “Hurt” from Nine Inch Nails, and a version of "Under Pressure."
