Raekwon Says There's A New Wu-Tang Album In The Works
It's been nearly four years since the Wu-Tang Clan released their last proper group album, 8 Diagrams. In the meantime, members of the Staten Island crew have kept busy, particularly Raekwon, whose hunger was rekindled via 2009's amazon Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...Pt. II. But it appears that the Wu might again come together to form like Voltron, according to a recent interview Rae had with Spinner.
"It's kind of early to announce a new album right now," he tells Spinner. "We've been working on some things, though."

"As far as Wu-Tang goes, it's something that we really got to get together first for."
In other words, we need to take this as a "Yes, we're planning on working together, though we're not really sure when that will happen." We're obviously hopeful that it will occur soon, though you shouldn't hold your breath.
