Radiohead, No Doubt To Headline Coachella 2012?

Coachella 2012 might be seven months away -- it runs for two weekends next April, remember? -- but one site is already reporting that two huge acts might already be booked. According to Hits Daily Double, "Coachella ... has locked in No Doubt and Radiohead as two of next year’s headliners." The announcement is featured in a report that looks at how concert revenues continue to hold steady or increase while record sales diminish. While this certainly sounds promising, Consequence of Sound notes that Hits Daily Double made a similar revelation about the Rolling Stones headlining Coachella that never came to fruition.

Coachella 2012 runs April 13-15 and then April 20-22 with the promise of the "same lineup, same art, same place, different people."
