The lineup for the Reading/Leeds festival was announced today, and headlining the double-site fest are Radiohead, Kings of Leon, and, inexplicably, Arctic Monkeys. Filling out the initial lineup are indie mainstays like Bloc Party and Yeah Yeah Yeahs, along with bands like AFI and Brand New who I assumed fell off the face of the planet some time ago.
