Radiohead bassist Colin Greenwood suffered hearing loss while recording <i>In Rainbows</i>

Colin Greenwood, the unsung Greenwood brother in Radiohead, suffered hearing loss and tinnitus while recording In Rainbows. The problem has been credited to a faulty set of headphones. He has since recovered most of his hearing, but the symptoms of tinnitus tend to linger (just ask Roger Miller). Still, Radiohead has not made any alterations to their tour. [Gigwise]
