Remember the days when R. Kelly sat alone atop the R&B throne? From the peeing allegations to guys like Akon and T-Pain topping the charts, R. Kelly's reign might be over, or perhaps he's still the leader in the genre. This week sees the release of his latest efforts , Double Up.
