Qui to tour
Los Angeles rockers Qui, now with new member/noise-yowl legend David Yow on board, will soon tour its new incarnation around North America. After some appearances in the U.K and one in their hometown next month, the band gets down to serious touring in September. That's also the month their new Ipecac album, Love's Miracle, is slated for release.
