Questlove Lists His Top Five Hip-Hop Concept Albums

Seeing how the Roots' newly released Undun is their first-ever concept album, the folks at Slate decided to ask bandleader/drummer Questlove about his favorite concept albums to date. Coming in at number five is a somewhat obvious choice in Prince Paul's A Prince Among Thieves. Well, it's only obvious to those of you who lurk the web for Questlove interviews; he stated recently that it was A Prince Among Thieves that made him want to record his own concept record.
