Jarvis Cocker has been a busy many of late. His Further Complications album is still fresh in the memory, and he recently announced that he would take up a permanent position as a DJ for the BBC. Rumors that he would reform Britpop figureheads Pulp have continued to gather, and he has stoked those flames in a recent interview.
"Glastonbury means an awful lot to me, I would love to play there again," he said, referring to the festival that Pulp played numerous times during its career. "We've talked about it, there we go, there'll be a band reunion."
It’s unclear whether Cocker was being sarcastic with these comments, and no official statement has yet been issued. Their last album, We Love Life, was released in 2001, so this would be a quick jump back into the music world for Pulp, and those reunion dollars (or pounds) are likely to prove very tempting for Cocker and his group.
