As previously reported, 2007 promises to be a busy one for Mobb Deep's Prodigy. The veteran emcee will release two solo records this year, the first of which, Return of the Mac, drops March 27 on KOCH Records.Today, Mac's ultra-gangster, black-and-white cover art was finally unveiled, along with a "confirmed" track list (which is the same as the "tentative" one we reported last month).
Mark your calendars, kids--it's gonna be a good one. (And while it's probably too late for anything of this sort to be included on the upcoming record, we're betting that we'll eventually see Prodigy comment on his "role" in the ongoing Cam'ron/50 Cent debacle.)
Track list:
1. Intro
2. Return of the Mac
3. Mac 10 Handles
4. Raining Guns and Shanks
5. The Rotten Apple
6. Words From Majesty
7. Take It From the Top
8. Intermission
9. 7th Heaven (Feat. Un Pacino)
10. Bang on 'Em
11. Nickel and a Nail
12. Legends
13. Stop Fronting
14. Stuck On You

Based off the two tracks I've heard my expectations are really high.
