A woman outside of a NYC sneaker store where Chris Brown stopped to shop (and -- let's be honest -- court the paparazzi) taunted the singer with insults related to the February domestic violence incident involving Rihanna. The video, posted on the TMZ site, shows Brown stopping to take pictures and shake hands with throngs of fans as he exits the shop -- but before he makes his way to an awaiting car, a woman leans into his path and begins calling him a "p*ssy" and asking if he "feel[s] like a man" now:
"[O]ne woman in the crowd got close to him and began shouting, "f**king beater" and "I hope someone beats the f**king crap out of you!" Chris smiled and walked right past the screaming woman..."
Unfortunately, there's more! In defense of the singer, presumed Brown fans respond by shouting "Chris Brown's still the man" and -- you might want to have a seat for this part -- "Smack that bitch up." Yes, really.
Good job, Chris Brown fans. Way to silence the critics.

This Chris Brown/Rihanna thing has illuminated the amazing, atrocious fact that there are still a crap ton of people who think beating the crap out of a woman is okay. Hey, guess what, it's not. Under any circumstances, bar LEGITIMATE self-defense (like, if Chyna was trying to wreck you). It's not even okay to beat the crap out of a dude under any circumstances bar legitimate self-defense. Christ, it's not rocket science, people.
