Prince releases <i>Planet Earth</i> in July
In the midst of covering Joni Mitchell, rocking the Superbowl halftime show, preparing for a London residency, scheduling a separate Los Angeles residency and refusing to tour with Michael Jackson, Prince has somehow found time to record a new album. After the jump, find out what we know about it so far.
1) It's called Planet Earth.
2) It will be released on July 16th on Columbia.
3) It will reunite Prince with Wendy and Lisa for the first time in twenty years.
4) The first single is called "Guitar," which has already been released to users of Verizon's "V Cast" technology.
5) It will not have Michael Jackson on it.
6) The album cover is RIDICULOUS.

The album is being given away for free in England. I heard the album and its a real dud. He HAD to give this album away. It is SO BORING!!
